
SHIPPING POLICY
We are located in Chicago, IL. which is where our orders are shipped from. We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. However, at times we may use UPS. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and ship it out to you.
For orders under $100, rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Delivery time will vary depending on your zip code and distance from our store. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. RETURN POLICY
Unworn, unwashed and unused items can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Amazing You Fashions does not offer refunds. However, we will offer a store credit which you can use toward a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via contact.amazingyoufashions@gmail.com.
Items must be in original condition. Clearance item or items discounted are not eligible for return.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
RETURN PROCESS
Once your return is submitted via contact.amazingyoufashion.com online, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.
Upon receiving your return item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined that your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will sure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.
FINALS SALE ITEMS
Discounted items and items purchases on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, then the item is final sale.
